Description
/ Scope
Phase I of an Iron Ore Concentration Plant designed to process 12 MTPA of iron ore and obtain 8 MTPA of Concentrate.
Supply of storage and handling facilities for low grade iron ore, high grade iron ore and concentrate including:
Train unloading system 5,400 tph.
Train loading system with two lines of 3,000 tph (each).
One iron ore Stacker 5,400 tph.
One iron ore Double Bucket Wheel Bridge Reclaimer 2,000 tph.
One concentrate Stacker 1,300 tph.
Four hoppers for reclaiming concentrate by front loader.
Belt conveyor system variable capacity 5,400 / 2,000 / 1,300 tph. Total length approx. 10 km.
Two units of silos for feeding the grinding system 1,000 m3 (each).
